You have a place to share your world. We have a responsibility to explain what we allow, what we check, and what you can do when we get it wrong.
Everyday life belongs here.
Explicit sexual content, pornography, sexual solicitation and sexualized poses are prohibited. This includes simulated sexual acts and posing, framing or gestures that primarily present the body for sexual arousal.
Ordinary non-sexual beach, fitness, cultural and educational content is welcome. Swimwear, sportswear, body type or gender alone is not a reason for removal. We assess the pose, framing, caption and context together. Educational context does not excuse exploitation or sexualization of a minor.
Everyday photos, amateur videos, jokes, opinions and respectful disagreement are welcome. Production quality, popularity and follower count are not conduct violations. Harassment, hate, scams, spam and artificial engagement are prohibited.
A check before publication.
Public posts go through content checks before they become visible. Review can delay publication. These checks do not mean that every message, comment or profile is reviewed before it appears, or that every violation will be detected.
Content that breaks these rules can be rejected before publication or removed afterward. Serious or repeated violations can lead to restrictions, suspension or an account ban. We consider context, severity, harm and account history. Approval does not endorse a post or prevent later review.
A decision you can challenge.
Report content or accounts in the app, or email support@niero.app. To appeal a decision, include the content or account identifier, the decision and the context you believe was missed. We may keep content unavailable during the appeal. Do not resend prohibited or illegal material.
Beyond your follower list.
Public posts can be discovered in Near You and on the map, including by people who do not follow you. Following brings together the accounts you choose, wherever they are. Distribution varies. We do not guarantee views, virality or equal reach.
Community Hub lets you explore shared interests by category and country. The website uses discoverable community totals; private, invitation-only communities are excluded.
Plain language about chat.
Chat encryption uses keys managed by Niero’s server infrastructure. It is not end-to-end encryption: Niero’s systems can access the keys and decrypt content. Message availability depends on the service. We also process message metadata to operate and protect the service.
No ads today.
Niero currently does not show ads. That describes the service today; it is not a permanent promise about its business model. Analytics and campaign measurement are separate and are explained in our Privacy Policy.
